Mrs. Martha Rahman

Mrs. Martha Rahman brings 18 years of educational experience and proven leadership in Christian education to the LIS Board of Directors.

Her expertise in the Abeka curriculum and international school development makes her particularly valuable to LIS’s mission.

Mrs. Rahman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biblical Studies and a Master’s degree in Christian Education from Carolina University of Theology. She has furthered her educational leadership through certification in Educational Leadership for School Administrators from Kaieteur Falls University College of Education in Guyana and specialized training for Principals in the Abeka Curriculum at Pensacola Christian College.

As founder of The Vine International School with campuses in both Cameroon and Liberia, Mrs. Rahman has demonstrated exceptional vision in establishing quality Christian education across Africa. Her commitment to educational access extends to rural communities, where she established an early childhood reading program in Liberian villages.

Beyond formal education, Mrs. Rahman serves as Co-Founder of Strategic Leadership Training for Kingdom Advance in Cameroon, where she catalyzes women’s leadership development. Her passion for youth development drives her extensive volunteer work with children and young people throughout the region.
Mrs. Rahman is married to Halal and is the proud mother of two sons, Joshua and Nathan.
